PRODUCT MARKING & ENGRAVING OPTIONS:
|
|
In-Mould Embossing:
In-mould label is a durable and seamless marking solution for the rotationally moulded products, ensuring long-lasting branding and identification. During the moulding process, the design—such as a logo, graphics, text, or serial numberis embedded directly into the product’s surface, creating a permanent raised or recessed mark. |

Engraving:
Engraving is a durable and tamper-proof marking solution for our rotationally moulded products, ensuring permanent identification and branding. This method etches logos, serial numbers, or custom text directly onto the product’s surface, making it highly resistant to wear& tear, fading, and environmental conditions. It offers a versatile and customizable solution for marking the products. These labels are applied during post moulding process, allowing for detailed branding, barcodes, serial numbers, and product information. Hot Foil Stamping:
Foil stamping also known as hot foil stamping is a printing process post moulding that uses heat and pressure to apply a thin layer of metallic or pigment foil to the plastic part surface, creating a shiny or matt effect. The printed foils are not 100% resistances to external wear and tear so has limited life cycle of printed matter. |

Sequential Numbering:
Sequential number is a popular feature on custom-printed forms. This marking method use permanent marking on the product with printing of ascending or descending identification numbers so that each printed unit receives its own unique number. This is a post mould process and recommended for traceability and identification mark at the customer end. |

In-mould Label:
In-mould label or graphics is a pre moulding process. The graphics or the design get transferred and diffused in the polyolefin moulding. The graphics can be single or multi colour which gives the product a prefect finish, aesthetic feature and branding. The labels are permanent, water, chemical, fire and tamper resistant. This technique is not recommended for small supplies due to the cost escalation. |

Stamping:
The technique of stamping using inks is the old method wherein the printing is done directly on the products in the post moulding process. The stamping size, font, style can be selected but the marking is not permanent and not good for long term application. The stamping can get effected due to external factors such as water, oil, chemicals etc. |
PRODUCT TRACKING SOLUTION:
- RFID (RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION TAG):
POLARPLAS® brings next-level intelligence to tubs, pallets, and storage solutions with RFID-enabled tracking and management. It ensures real-time tracking with varying read ranges based on the tag’s frequency, size, and type. RFID tags can be securely embedded or externally attached to POLARPLAS® products, allowing for effortless scanning without physical contact or direct visibility. We can offer active and passive RFID tags as per the customers’ requirements.

- BARCODE & QR CODE:
POLARPLAS® products can be equipped with Barcode and QR Code tracking, ensuring quick and accurate identification of each unit. These codes store essential product data and can be easily scanned using standard barcodes or smartphone QR scanners. Whether for inventory management, traceability, or logistics optimization, our barcode and QR code solutions offer a cost-effective, reliable, and efficient way to track and manage your products seamlessly.

- IMMOULDED SERIAL NUMBERING:
The traditional way of immoulded serial numbering, month and year of manufacturing on the products help to track the manufacturing date, month, year. It helps to trace the raw material origin to the last mile details until the dispatch.
