Hot Foil Stamping:
Foil stamping also known as hot foil stamping is a printing process post moulding that uses heat and pressure to apply a thin layer of metallic or pigment foil to the plastic part surface, creating a shiny or matt effect. The printed foils are not 100% resistances to external wear and tear so has limited life cycle of printed matter. |

Sequential Numbering:
Sequential number is a popular feature on custom-printed forms. This marking method use permanent marking on the product with printing of ascending or descending identification numbers so that each printed unit receives its own unique number. This is a post mould process and recommended for traceability and identification mark at the customer end. |

In-mould Label:
In-mould label or graphics is a pre moulding process. The graphics or the design get transferred and diffused in the polyolefin moulding. The graphics can be single or multi colour which gives the product a prefect finish, aesthetic feature and branding. The labels are permanent, water, chemical, fire and tamper resistant. This technique is not recommended for small supplies due to the cost escalation. |

Stamping:
The technique of stamping using inks is the old method wherein the printing is done directly on the products in the post moulding process. The stamping size, font, style can be selected but the marking is not permanent and not good for long term application. The stamping can get effected due to external factors such as water, oil, chemicals etc. |
PRODUCT TRACKING SOLUTION:
- RFID (RADIO FREQUENCY IDENTIFICATION TAG):
POLARPLAS® brings next-level intelligence to tubs, pallets, and storage solutions with RFID-enabled tracking and management. It ensures real-time tracking with varying read ranges based on the tag’s frequency, size, and type. RFID tags can be securely embedded or externally attached to POLARPLAS® products, allowing for effortless scanning without physical contact or direct visibility. We can offer active and passive RFID tags as per the customers’ requirements.

- BARCODE & QR CODE:
POLARPLAS® products can be equipped with Barcode and QR Code tracking, ensuring quick and accurate identification of each unit.
